The bulk of our property assets are managed in-house by Peregrine Property, a team experienced in leasing, property management, development and property law, while the high rise office buildings are managed by top tier property organisations.
Peregrine is continually reinvesting in its property portfolio to ensure our assets are maintained at the highest standard and are as competitive as possible in the leasing market. Our property team is responsible for the design, documentation and delivery of these development projects.
Peregrine Property also optimises general return on our assets by co-locating third party tenants at OTR locations. Recent developments include a 3,000 sqm office building which was fully leased to the State Government and other large format retail premises leased to various quality tenants.
